Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically three to five minutes. It targets the connective tissues like tendons and ligaments to improve joint circulation and flexibility. This slow-paced practice helps enhance relaxation and prepares the body and mind for deeper meditation.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow, or Vinyasa Yoga, links movement with breath in a smooth, continuous sequence of poses. This dynamic style enhances strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, creating a moving meditation that energises the body and calms the mind.

Sports Yoga

Sports Yoga enhances athletic performance by improving flexibility, strength, and balance. It focuses on muscle groups vital for sports, helping prevent injuries and boost recovery, while also sharpening mental focus and breathing efficiency.
